Kedar Vashi is a Globally Experienced Leadership Development Expert and Executive Coach based out of Mumbai, India.
In his illustrious Career Journey spanning more than 30 Years, Kedar has worked in industries like Banking, Packaging, Consulting, Training and FMCG in functional areas like Sales, Consulting and Human Resources.
These eclectic mix of experiences have given him an opportunity to observe and understand Business from multiple perspectives which he masterfully leverages to make his approach to Leadership Coaching & Development grounded and real.
Kedar's mastery in Leadership Development comes from holding Senior Positions with two century old, distinguished organisations on both sides of the table - Coca- Cola and Dale Carnegie Training, where he enjoyed a highly respected stature and and an enviable set of followers who often refer to him as 'The Best Facilitator I have ever come across' .
Over the years, Kedar has travelled across the globe , developing top leaders from countries like India, US, Canada, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar , Singapore, Malaysia and many more. In the process he has collected multiple certifications , a few awards , and an enviable fanbase of leaders who continue to make him proud by their trailblazing success.
Apart from many CXOs, Kedar has also been a coach and mentor to some of India's best Leadership Development Facilitators. He has also been a regular invitee on the Panel and Jury of some of India's most prestigious L&D Conferences and Awards.
Some of the awards bestowed on Kedar are : Superior Trainer Award by Dale Carnegie Worldwide, Training Leadership Award by Asia Pacific HRM Congress and Best Training & Development Professional Award by World HRD Congress.
In recognition of his Leadership Development expertise, Kedar was invited by the prestigious ATD (Previously ASTD), US to present at their Global Convention in Washington DC as well co-author a book titled Destination Facilitation with six other Leadership Development Experts from across the Globe.
Aside from being a published author, Kedar is also an unpublished poet and an inspirational storyteller.
